Unfold - A Weekend of Yoga, Relaxation and Manifestation

Our February Retreat focuses on 'unfolding' in any way that feels appropriate, useful and supportive for you.

Throughout the weekend, Alice and Jo will be offering yoga classes, workshops, talks and meditations that focus on the art of unfolding, and how this process can form part of personal and spiritual development. Any interpretation of this material is welcomed, and you will be supported to focus on an area of your life, or on the experience of 'unfolding' more generally, should you choose.

Riverdale Retreat Centre backs onto the Yarra River, which will be available to you for swims, dips and rituals throughout the retreat. There are also some lovely walking tracks which you will be invited to explore over the course of the weekend.  Amongst the yoga, relaxation and learning, we will be nourishing ourselves with local and organic bushfoods, most of which are grown onsite. 

Together we will be an intimate group of 14 participants, fostering a sense of community on our journey together.

Women's Retreat - A gift to self

This is a fully catered intimate women's retreat retreat created and facilitated by Kellie Curtis. Held in the beautiful Riverdale Retreat Centre nestled in the native forest of the Yarra Valley, the intention is to provide a safe and confidential space for women to connect, share, create, move, laugh, cry, enjoy and relax.  There will time spent in silence, in women's circle and free time as well.

The organic, vegetarian, gluten free, soul food will be created deliciously by Emily Bell with love and intention.  The meals will nourish both your taste buds and your belly.

There will also be a guided, fun and intentional creative journal making experience by the highly acclaimed art therapist Amanda Scott.

This retreat is available to 12 women, with shared accommodation, food, facilitation and gifts included.
